Last Updated: December 20, 2025

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally identifiable information' (PII) is being used online. This Privacy Policy explains how Still Wait, Inc., the provider of the Still Wait app ("Still Wait", "we", or "our") collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website, mobile applications, and other online products and services.

Please be sure to read this entire Privacy Policy before using or submitting information through the Services. By using or submitting information through the Services, you are acknowledging the collection, transfer, manipulation, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses of your personal information/data as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. What Data We Collect

Personal Data You Provide: We collect the following categories of Personal Data from you when you create an account, sign up for our newsletter, use the Service, or communicate with us:

  • Identification Data: We collect your email address, name or nickname you provide when creating your account and unique identifiers assigned by third party platforms (such as analytics or communication tools).
  • Communication Data: We may collect information when you contact us with questions or concerns and when you voluntarily respond to questionnaires, surveys, or requests for market research seeking your opinion and feedback. Providing this information is optional to you.
  • Social Media Data: We maintain official pages on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn (collectively referred to as "Social Media Pages"). When you engage with these pages, we may collect Personal Data that you voluntarily share with us—for example, your contact information. Additionally, the hosting companies of these social media platforms may supply us with aggregated data and analytics about how our Social Media Pages are being used.
  • Purchase Information: Details related to Services you order, and delivery information (including billing, shipping and delivery address) that you provide when you purchase any Services. Please note, we do not directly store or capture any credit card information. This information is collected directly by our payment processing partners, but we would like to inform you about its collection since this information is collected through our site and from you, our customer.

Internet Activity Data: When you visit, use, or interact with the Service, we may collect certain details about your activity. For instance, we might track metrics such as the number of visitors to the Service, the times when traffic is highest, the specific pages viewed, the domains from which visitors arrive (such as google.com or yahoo.com), the web browsers used to access the Service (including Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.), general geographic location, and user navigation patterns. Specifically, the following types of information may be automatically generated and recorded by our systems:

  • Log Data: Data automatically transmitted by your browser each time you access the Site. This Log Data includes your IP address, browser type and configuration, the date and time of your request, and details about your interaction with the Site. The same type of Log Data is also gathered when you use the App.
  • Cookies Data: We use cookies to run and manage our Site, collect data about how it's used, and enhance your overall experience. A "cookie" is a small piece of data that a website sends to your browser when you visit it. These cookies can be stored on your device for varying durations. Some are temporary and expire either after a set period or once you log out or close your browser (known as session cookies). Others—called persistent cookies—remain on your device after you close your browser and stay active until they reach their predetermined expiration date (as set by the third party that placed them). Persistent cookies help identify your device when you return to browse the web in the future.
  • Usage Data: We gather data on your use of our Service, including the kinds of content you view or interact with, the features you access, the actions you perform, and details about when, how often, and for how long you engage with the Service.

2. How We Use Data

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To personalize user's experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
  • To quickly process your transactions.
  • To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.

3. How We Share Data

We do not sell your Personal Data. In certain circumstances we may share the categories of Personal Data described above without further notice to you, unless required by the law, with the following categories of third parties:

  • Vendors and Service Providers: To support our business operations and enable the delivery of specific services and functions, we may share your Personal Data with third-party vendors and service providers. These include providers of cloud hosting and computing, database management, email and in-app/push notification services, advertising and marketing platforms, payment processing, content monitoring, and analytics tools for websites, subscriptions, and mobile applications. These parties process, access, or store your Personal Data solely in accordance with our instructions and as necessary to fulfill their contracted services. We implement commercially reasonable measures to ensure that these service providers maintain security standards consistent with those we apply to protect your Personal Data.
  • Business Transfers: In the event that we become involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or part of our assets, or a handover of services to another provider (collectively referred to as a "Transaction"), your Personal Data and other information may be disclosed during the due diligence process to the other parties involved in the Transaction and to their advisors. Such data may also be transferred to a successor entity or affiliate as part of the Transaction, alongside other business assets.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or if we reasonably believe that such disclosure is necessary to: (i) fulfill a legal obligation, including compliance with national security or law enforcement demands; (ii) safeguard and enforce our rights or protect our property; (iii) prevent fraudulent activity; (iv) respond to urgent situations that threaten the personal safety of Service users or the general public; or (v) defend against potential legal liability.
